  • Meticulous Processing: Our beans ferment in stainless steel tanks for 18 hours, then dry for 2-4 weeks, before being meticulously sorted to weed out any slackers. 

 

  • Single-Origin Excellence: We keep it real with single-origin beans from the same farm, altitude, and harvest year, so every cup reflects its unique flavor profile.
