Here’s the dirty secret about most corporate coffee: they rely on low-altitude farms and a bunch of machinery to manipulate the beans into something drinkable. They pump out tons of beans using automated processes, then use tricks to try and make them taste decent. Not us. Our beans come from the high-altitude regions of Bolivia, where cooler temperatures force the cherries to work harder. This slow growth results in complex, rich flavors that machinery just can't replicate. We hand-pick every cherry at its peak ripeness—no shortcuts, no industrial mass production.
