We don’t mess around when it comes to quality. At 1775 Coffee, every bean is treated like the rockstar it is—from high-altitude farms to your cup. 

 

Our process is all hands on deck, especially with our master roaster, Nick, leading the charge. No shortcuts, no gimmicks—just top-tier coffee crafted with care, precision, and a stubborn refusal to settle for anything less than the best.

Meet Nicholas, Our 1775 Roast Master.

Growing up in a family steeped in over 20 years of specialty coffee experience, I was practically raised on the stuff. 

 

After a stint in England, I came back to Bolivia with a mission: to shake up the coffee industry. At 25, I wasn't here to mess around—and I have since built one of the largest specialty coffee farms in Bolivia, complete with eco-friendly mills and roasting facilities across multiple countries. 

 

 This is hands-on, start-to-finish coffee production—a level of control that few farms in the world can claim.

Here’s the dirty secret about most corporate coffee: they rely on low-altitude farms and a bunch of machinery to manipulate the beans into something drinkable. They pump out tons of beans using automated processes, then use tricks to try and make them taste decent. Not us. Our beans come from the high-altitude regions of Bolivia, where cooler temperatures force the cherries to work harder. This slow growth results in complex, rich flavors that machinery just can't replicate. We hand-pick every cherry at its peak ripeness—no shortcuts, no industrial mass production.

  • Hand-Picked Perfection: Every cherry is hand-picked at peak ripeness to ensure no bitter, underripe beans end up in your cup. 

 

  • Meticulous Processing: Our beans ferment in stainless steel tanks for 18 hours, then dry for 2-4 weeks, before being meticulously sorted to weed out any slackers. 

 

  • Single-Origin Excellence: We keep it real with single-origin beans from the same farm, altitude, and harvest year, so every cup reflects its unique flavor profile.
