Shipping policy

General Information

We ship Monday through Friday. Most orders placed by 1 PM CST ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or over the weekend ship the following business day.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a tracking number within 48 hours. Please allow 3-5 business days for standard delivery, and 2-3 business days for expedited delivery within the US. All orders are subject to availability and processing times.

United States Shipping

We ship to the entire continental United States. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska may take up to 4 additional business days. Most packages ship via UPS, though your local post office may handle the final delivery depending on your location.

International Shipping

International orders typically arrive within 6-12 business days, though delivery times can vary by destination.

Duties and taxes are included in your order. The price you see at checkout is the total you pay — no surprise fees at delivery.
