1775 Coffee Weekend Giveaway - Official Rules
1775 GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
This sweepstakes (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Yertle Turdle Inc, doing business as 1775 Coffee ("Sponsor"), 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, Sussex County.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and legal residents of Canada (excluding the province of Quebec), who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry, whichever is older. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter or win. The Giveaway is void in Quebec and where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Giveaway begins on Friday, August 14, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on Monday, August 17, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Winners will be drawn on Tuesday, August 18, 2026. Entries received outside the Promotion Period are void.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter, each providing one entry into the drawing:
5. Subscription Entry: Start a new monthly coffee subscription at 1775coffee.com during the Promotion Period. No code or additional sign-up is required — starting a subscription is the entry. Customers with an active subscription as of the start of the Promotion Period are automatically entered; no purchase or action is required of them.
6. No-Purchase Entry (Free Alternate Method of Entry / "AMOE"): Individuals who do not wish to purchase a subscription may enter for free by emailing info@1775coffee.com during the Promotion Period with their full name, mailing address, and the subject line "1775 Giveaway Entry." One free entry per person, per email address, regardless of the number of emails sent.
Limit one (1) entry per person via the subscription method and one (1) entry per person via the no-purchase method (i.e., a maximum of two total entry avenues per person, not multiple entries per avenue). Sponsor is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues, undelivered email, or otherwise.
7. Prizes
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive six (6) months of 1775 Coffee free of charge (six bags of coffee, delivered monthly; approximate retail value between $107.94 and $314.94, based on a per-bag value ranging from $17.99 to $52.49 depending on the coffee selected).
Four (4) Runner-Up winners will each receive their next scheduled subscription order free of charge (approximate retail value between $17.99 and $52.49, depending on the coffee selected).
Total number of winners: five (5). Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor's discretion. No cash equivalent will be offered.
8. Winner Selection and Odds
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, on or about Tuesday, August 18, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
9. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at entry within five (5) business days of the drawing. Potential winners must respond within five (5) business days of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Canadian winners will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance, as a condition of receiving a prize, in accordance with applicable Canadian law (this requirement does not apply to residents of Quebec, who are ineligible to enter). The names of the winners will be announced via email to all Giveaway entrants on August 18, 2026. No separate request is necessary.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes each winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, and city/state or province of residence for promotional purposes in connection with the Giveaway, in any media, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://1775coffee.com/policies/privacy-policy.
13. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for any injury or damage to participants' or any other person's computer, or other property, related to or resulting from participation in the Giveaway. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or actions of any kind related to participation in the Giveaway or the receipt or use of any prize.
14. Taxes
All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes, if any, associated with the receipt or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes awarded under this Giveaway are valued well below the $600 IRS reporting threshold; no tax reporting form will be issued by Sponsor for this Giveaway.
15. Governing Law
This Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
