Single-origin means every bean in your bag came from one place, one farm, one harvest. Most coffee is blended from multiple countries to hit a price point. Brazil, Vietnam, Colombia, Ethiopia, all in one bag. The label marks it off as a "blend", a mix of different countries, cities, altitudes, everything.
